farewell assembly
Taking place on the last day of school, Farewell Assembly is the final school event for the graduating batch, and is a celebration of the bonds, achievements, and experiences shared by the cohort! Unlike the other adhocs, which only some councillors are assigned to, Farewell Assembly is the one event that truly involves every single one of us.
Open house
The Open House experience is one that feels like a rollercoaster ride. Despite being filled with ups and downs throughout the journey, the thrill of planning Open House is like no other. With the creative liberty to produce what we want, while also engaging numerous stakeholders throughout the process, there is much to learn from this adhoc!
jc orientation
The JC Orientation (JCO) adhoc is involved in the planning of orientation, an event which aims to provide freshies a stepping stone into our Victorian community, while also allowing them to form long-lasting friendships! The adhoc also aims to develop OGLs in becoming competent facilitators and mentors to their juniors through OGL camp.
ELEctions
The Elections adhoc is in charge of everything related to potential future councillors, from carrying out interviews, planning out the nominees' campaigning process, to organising the Elects' Camp for the incoming batch. If you choose to apply for SC, we'll be here for you! In Elections, we aim to guide and nurture each and every one of you during your council journey.
musicfest
MusicFest (MF) is an annual event where Victorians are given the opportunity to showcase their talents, which helps bond Victorians in the process. The MusicFest adhoc is responsible for planning this event, from the very first auditions, down to the performance day and in doing so creates an unforgettable experience for all Victorians.
